We currently ship within the United States only.
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from U.S.-based warehouses through our fulfillment partners.
In exceptional cases, certain products may be shipped from international locations depending on availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Peak shipping seasons
• Operational delays from third-party logistics providers
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or third-party fulfillment partners. However, we will always assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving delivery issues when possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our side.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
We cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.
